    The Department for Communities (DfC) is consulting with all Arm’s Length Bodies (ALB's) and corporate soles, in respect to its duty under Section 2 of the 'Period Products (Free Provision) Act (Northern Ireland) 2022' which requires that all Departments must specify by regulations ‘Public Service Bodies’ within its functions.
