This health check is designed as an indicator to help highlight PRONI’s current practices, understand where PRONI excels and areas for development. It will also be used to inform the strategic and organsiational review of PRONI.

What happens next

This information will be used to create a short report for the PRONI SMT. The information will be used to understand current trends, highlight identified priority areas over the next 12 months, and signpost potential areas for development.

Repeating PRONI’s Organisational Health Check at regular intervals will allow us to assess how PRONI evolves, highlighting where it has developed and identify potential areas for growth in the future.
