Do you want to influence how our Department delivers our People priorities for the future?
You are invited to take part in an online focus group to shape our new People and Organisational Development Plan for 2024-2026. Play your part in embedding our ONE DFE values by sharing your views on areas like leadership, communication, learning and development, and health, wellbeing, and inclusion. We’ll also ask you about where you need additional support from ODT and the Corporate Engagement Team.
Join us virtually for just one hour on the 16th, 17th or 19th January 2024. Please review the dates and times below carefully to identify the session relevant to you:
- AA/AO - 16th January 10am-11am
- EO2/EO1 - 17th January 11am-12pm
- SO/DP - 19th January 11am-12pm

Your inputs will directly contribute towards moulding our People and OD Plan so we are keen to hear views from across the Department.
