Adult Restorative Justice Satisfaction Survey - Person who caused harm

Overview

Restorative justice for adults is a new way of working which enables those who have caused harm to be offered the chance to meet directly or communicate indirectly with the person or people who have been harmed (the victim/s). It gives those who have caused harm an opportunity to hear directly from the victim about the impact of the crime on them and identify what needs to happen to repair that harm. Adult Restorative Justice commenced at the end of March 2026, and we are keen to hear feedback from participants about their experience of the process to understand what’s working well and what needs to be improved for the future.

Your answers will remain confidential and will not be shared with the Restorative Justice Practitioners that you have worked with and will only be used to improve our service.
