We want to hear from staff involved in counselling sessions with PBNI to understand what’s working well and what’s not.  This helps us improve the service we offer.  The questions in this survey are for staff involved with service users who have completed their counselling sessions.

There are no names recorded on the survey so your answers will be private.  We will keep your answers until we have looked at what everyone has said.
