Overview

The Department of Justice is changing court-ordered community sentences for children and would like your views.

Before answering, please look at the booklet at the bottom of this page which will help you to understand what our plans are and why we are asking for your views.

Why your views matter

We have spent a lot of time thinking about a new order, what it should look like and how it should work.  Now we want to know what you think, to help us make some final decisions.
