Employment & Skills Initiative (ESI) Participant questionnaire

Overview

You are invited to participate in a survey regarding the Employment and Skills Initiative (ESI). The ESI was introduced in April 2022 and has created job opportunities and placements within the sports, voluntary and community, heritage, arts and creative industries sectors. As the ESI scheme is concluding in the first half of 2025/2026, we are conducting this survey to assess the impact of the initiative.

Your feedback is important to help us understand the effectiveness of the ESI and inform future initiatives.

Participation in this survey is entirely voluntary, and your responses will be kept anonymous. The Department will use the information you provide to draw general conclusions based on the overall dataset. Please be assured that no personal identifiers, such as your name, address, email address, telephone number, or IP address, are being collected.
