Employer Engagement & Inclusive Recruitment – Training Needs Analysis

Overview

Employer Engagement & Inclusive Recruitment – Training Needs Analysis

The purpose of this Training Needs Analysis (TNA) is to identify current and future training requirements that will enable staff to engage effectively with employers on inclusive recruitment practices, support individuals who are economically inactive, and improve engagement with people who face barriers to employment.

Why your views matter

Following the completion of the TNA, the Branch will collate and analyse the results to identify key development themes and skill gaps. This will include reviewing training provision that is already available both internally and externally, mapping existing learning opportunities against identified needs, and identifying any gaps.

Based on this analysis, the Branch will develop a structured training plan, including recommended learning interventions and a phased implementation timeline, to ensure staff have the skills, knowledge and confidence required to deliver these objectives effectively.

Please note that all individual survey responses will remain confidential and will only be used in aggregated form.
