As a department we are committed to continuous learning from our workforce engagement, therefore we hope to identify the reasons why staff leave the Department for Communities (DfC) either to work in another department or leave the NICS entirely. 

We are sorry you are leaving the department and wish you well for the future. Before you leave we would be grateful if you could spare a little time to help us gather some vital information and let us know why you are leaving the Department for Communities (DfC).
