For over 20 years, the Client Management System (CMS) was used by UC Operations frontline staff to refer customers to labour market provision and also to manage the relationship with ‘legacy’ and New Style benefit recipients. CMS was also a source of management information and reports for programme branches and the Department’s statisticians.

Even though CMS has now been switched off, your experience of that system is still extremely important as it will allow the Department to set a baseline against which to measure its replacement, the Employability Labour Market System (ELMS). Therefore, the purpose of this survey is to gauge user satisfaction specifically in relation CMS.

Another survey will be issued in a number of months to gauge user satisfaction in regard to the use of ELMS.

The survey should take no longer than five minutes to complete. It is voluntary and your responses are anonymous. All answers will be compiled together and analysed as a group – responses will not be attributable to any individual.
