PATHWAYS TO WORK & WELLBEING – EMPLOYER CO-DESIGN WORKSHOP

Wednesday 3rd June 2026

at Windsor Park National Football Stadium, Boucher Road, Belfast, BT12 6LW

from 10:00 am to 4.00 pm (Registration from 9.15 am)

The Department for Communities, in partnership with Sir Charlie Mayfield and the UK Keep Britain Working Review, is holding an employer workshop delivered as part of a Public Sector Transformation Project.

The Project will design a new ‘Work and Health Model’ for Northern Ireland – to better integrate local employability, health, and community based supports – improving health and employment outcomes for our citizens, and delivering greater prosperity across Northern Ireland.

Employer Participation & Co-design

Employers are invited to play a key role in identifying and designing solutions, in testing preventative and early intervention approaches, and in telling us what works. Your support and buy-in is highly valued and critical to achieving success.

In partnership with Sir Charlie and Keep Britain Working, this workshop will build upon NI-based feedback and insight collected from employers as part of a co-design week in March 2026, and will further shape localised products and tools for employers to test as part of Proof of Concept activity.

Closes 22 May 2026

Opened 11 May 2026
