Urban Villages Strand Two Evaluation

Overview

In order to measure the impact and effectiveness of the Urban Villages programme, we collect data from projects and the participants who benefited from the services/interventions delivered.

For the purpose of this data gathering exercise, we are using a standardised questionnaire across all areas.

UV view a successful community project under Direct Support funding, using the following positive indicators:

1. It encourages good relations and ensures the facility is a shared space
2. It maximises income generation opportunities to secure sustainability of the capital asset and the organisation going forward
3. It enables collaborative working across the community social infrastructure
4. It enhances opportunities for the organisation’s staff to develop and deliver new programmes, ideas and events to support good relations
