PfG Wellbeing Framework Dashboard - User Survey

Overview

We have developed a prototype dashboard for the PfG Wellbeing Framework.  We want to ensure that the dashboard is clear and easy to use and we are keen to find out more about how people are using it.  Your feedback will help us to plan future development of the dashboard.
