Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Website Questions

Overview

Following on from the Lived Experienced Session on Tuesday 30^th June, the FRA Project would like your feedback on the Northern Ireland Housing Executive website. This survey asks about your experience of using the website and whether you can easily find and understand the information you need. 

There are some questions on digital inclusion and an opportunity to provide any other feedback you have on the housing application and applicant portal you tested at the session on Tuesday 30^th June.

Your views will be treated in strict confidence and will only be used to inform development of our customer facing communications.

Why your views matter

We're particulary interested in hearing from people who are applying for social housing, on the Waiting List or who may have experienced homelessness.
