Overview

Housing Community Network Baseline Survey

As part of our Community Involvement Strategy we are seeking to obtain a baseline of the community’s views and satisfaction levels with our current Community Involvement structures, policies and procedures as well as to identify any barriers. This survey will be used to help the Housing Executive improve our services, and build upon the existing Housing Community Network (HCN) structures to continue giving communities the best possible service, which is a key part of the Community Involvement Strategy 2018-2023.

Why your views matter

Taking part in the survey is voluntary, but we would greatly appreciate your help.  We would assure you that the information gathered from the survey is confidential and your name / group will not appear on any records associated with it.
