HSENI Workplace Well-being Survey 2026

Overview

HSENI, with the support of NIPSA, have engaged HSENI’s Mental Wellbeing at Work Advisory Service (MWAWAS, acting as an independent consultant) to launch a Mental Wellbeing at Work survey for our organisation.  This will see a short 35 question survey released by MWAWAS on Monday 16th March 2026, with the aim of developing a bespoke HSENI risk assessment, action plan and policy in response to our returns.  This initiative aims to build on the previous survey issued carried out in 2019. HSENI MWAWAS advisors will act as the impartial leads during this process.

This collaborative approach will also see focus group engagement with HSENI staff to further investigate trends and inform direction in addressing stressors and culture in HSENI.  We cannot complete this without your input to identify work-related factors contributing to stress and to explore appropriate measures to best support you.

Why your views matter

Completing this is your opportunity to provide feedback in terms of your experiences affording the opening to have your voice heard to influence policy and action planning.

The Management Standards are a set of conditions that, if managed correctly in organisations, can reflect high levels of health and well-being and organisational performance. This survey is part of the process of helping to identify areas of improvement and also to find out what is working well.
