Overview

We are pleased to invite you to participate in our Communication Survey, which aims to gather valuable insight on your communication preferences and practices.    

Why your views matter

As communication channels continue to evolve, understanding how individuals seek information and guidance about Legal Aid is crucial for the Agency to adapt and enhance our communication strategy and plan. Your input will contribute significantly to this endeavour. The survey is concise, taking approximately 10 minutes of your valuable time.  Your responses will remain completely confidential, and your participation is entirely voluntary. The survey will be open from 16 October 2023 to 31 October 2023. Please feel free to share this with all members of your organisation dealing with Legal Aid.
