Remote Evidence Centre: Survey of Stakeholders
Overview
This survey of stakeholder views of the Remote Evidence Centres (RECs) is being undertaken by the Analytical Services Group (ASG) within the Department of Justice on behalf of the Gillen Review Implementation Team.
The feedback received from yourselves as stakeholder organisations will be used to inform an evaluation of the RECs alongside the feedback routinely collected from witnesses using the REC and the statistical data collated regarding usage of the REC.
The main purpose of the evaluation is to find out how well the RECs are operating and to identify any areas that ought to be targeted for improvement.
Your views as stakeholders are of importance to us so we would be most grateful if you could take the time to complete the survey. The survey is relatively short and should take no more than about 15 minutes of your time for completion. Your responses will be treated in the strictest of confidence and all necessary steps will be taken to ensure that no one can be identified in any report that is prepared on the survey findings.
It would be most helpful if you could complete the survey within the next couple of weeks. The closing date for acceptance of survey returns will be Friday 20 June 2025.
