Outcomes for policing
We want to focus on the positive change we make in communities, so that Police can deliver a service which shows that PSNI care, listen and act in relation to the concerns of our communities, victims, partners and staff. There are three Outcomes we have set for policing over the next five years.
The Outcomes are:
- PSNI is victim focused
- We have safe and engaged communities with confidence in policing
- PSNI has a representative, valued and enabled workforce
Through these Outcomes the Board and PSNI are committing to deliver lasting change in our communities in collaboration with partners in the public, private, voluntary and community sectors.
