As you know the introduction of counselling staff within PBNI has been a new venture and we’re keen to evaluate how this has worked. In addition to receiving feedback from the staff and service users it’s important to seek your views. We value your feedback and want to understand your experience of providing counselling services on behalf of PBNI.
