Overview

We want to hear from people who have attended counselling sessions with PBNI to understand what’s working well and what’s not.  This helps us improve the service we offer.  The questions in this survey are for people who have completed their counselling sessions.

There are no names recorded on the survey so your answers will be private.  We will not share your answers with the staff you are working with and what you say will not affect you or your order.  We will keep your answers until we have looked at what everyone has said.
