Consultation on the future of Limavady Courthouse

Overview

The Northern Ireland Courts and Tribunals Service (NICTS) is seeking views on a proposal for the permanent closure and disposal of Limavady Courthouse, resulting in the permanent reallocation of Limavady Adult Magistrates Court business to an alternative courthouse within the NICTS estate that can provide better facilities to service users. 

The proposal is aimed at delivering improved user experience, value for money, resilience and sustainability across the NICTS estate.
