DoJ Internal Communications Survey 2024
Overview
Each year, you provide valuable feedback that enables us to make improvements to Internal Communications channels and we once again ask for your views.
Current DoJ Internal Communications activities
At present you receive the weekly ‘What You Might Have Missed’ email which gives an overview of the intranet stories, press releases, staff emails and vacancies from the previous week.
The Team Brief is sent to Grade 5s each month with the aim that it is discussed during team meetings.
Every couple of months you receive the ‘Staff Update’ which features ‘getting to know you’ and ‘spotlight’ on a business area, as well as relevant business news.
The staff eZine is sent out twice per year and features more informal and personal stories as well as photography, recipes and much more.
The DoJ Staff Zone can be found on the featured links section of the intranet homepage. Here you can view information on staff moves, vacancies, organisation charts, communications tools, induction material, L&D and more.
The Internal Communications Forum continues to meet around every 8-10 weeks and brings together a network of colleagues across the department to help encourage, promote and direct the advancement of effective internal communications.
Why your views matter
The communications listed above aim to make sure that you are kept well informed, however it is always refreshing to make changes for the better.
Please take a few minutes to complete the survey. Thank you in advance for taking time out of your day to provide feedback, as it is really valuable to our work.
