CISM Review

Overview

In keeping with the NIPS commitment to staff wellbeing a review of the Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) Programme is currently ongoing . The overall aim of this review is to assess the effectiveness of the current procedures in place to help ensure staff are supported to minimise the impact of trauma following their involvement in minor, moderate and severe critical incidents.

To help inform the review, if you have been involved in an incident such as an assault, attempted suicide, or death in custody in the last 2 years I would be grateful if you could complete the short anonymous survey.
