AOE Survey

Overview

This survey is being undertaken by the Analytical Services Group (ASG) within the Department of Justice to assess organisational views on the new provisions introduced following the Abolition of Preliminary Investigations and Mixed Committals.

The survey is only applicable to those individuals who have had practical experience of the change in provisions.  If you have not had practical experience of the changes, then the survey is not applicable to you and there is no need for you to complete it.

For those who have had practical experience of the change, it would be most appreciated if you could take the time to complete the survey. The survey is short and should take no more than about 10 minutes of your time for completion. You can be assured that your responses will be treated in the strictest of confidence and all necessary steps will be taken to ensure that no one can be identified in any report that is prepared on the survey findings.

It would be most helpful if you could complete the survey within the next couple of weeks. The closing date for acceptance of survey returns will be Friday 29 March 2024.
