AccessNI On-line Customer Survey 2026

Overview

Thank you for taking part in the AccessNI Customer Survey 2026, which gives you the opportunity to tell us your views regarding the AccessNI service and will help to inform us of any changes we need to consider taking forward.  The survey should only take around 10 minutes to complete.  Please work through the questionnaire reading each question and selecting what you consider to be the most appropriate response from those listed.

There are no right or wrong answers, or trick questions, just state your own personal views.  If you do not have any strong views on a particular issue, or do not feel sufficiently well informed to give an opinion please select the 'Not Applicable' option or, where this is not available, the 'Neither satisfied nor dissatisfied' option.

The survey will close on Friday 13 February 2026.
