Overview

We are planning a staff engagement day and would like your views to help shape it.

This short survey is designed to capture your thoughts on:

• what you think the focus of the away day should be,
• the topics or issues it would be most useful to spend time on,
• how the day could be structured to make it worthwhile and engaging.

Why your views matter

Since the restructure of the Skills and Education Group, it would be beneficial to have a staff engagement day to learn more about the branches and people now residing in the Skills in Industry Division. We greatly appreciate your input to ensure you can take away as much as possible from it.

Your responses will be used to inform the purpose, content and format of the away day, so that it reflects the priorities and needs of the team. There are no right or wrong answers, and honest feedback is encouraged.
