ODT Culture Focus Groups

Overview

The ODT team has compiled ideas from the likes of the People Survey and Culture Workshops to identify the sort of culture DfE should aim for – but do you agree?

We have used this feedback to draft a ‘Culture Charter’.  This lists key values to describe how we should approach our work in DfE. 

To ensure that we’re on the right lines, we’re inviting everyone to take part in a short focus group to help design our ideal culture.  There are three sessions planned and you can sign up below – we’d love to hear from you!
