The ODT team are taking forward the DfE People Plan’s commitment that    “We will support our people to develop the key knowledge, skills and behaviours required to perform effectively in their role and provide a range of opportunities to support their career development"

We are holding two short focus groups to understand the views, issues or concerns of DfE people regarding Learning and Development and would love you to sign up for one of these below

We are offering the following dates 

Tuesday 16th August  at 11am 

Monday 22nd August at 11am . 

It is important to understand the views of DfE’s people on L&D issues, to help shape future interventions within the department.
