Diversity and Inclusion Award 2025

Closed 8 Nov 2024

Opened 23 Sep 2024

Overview

The Diversity and Inclusion Award 2025 is designed to acknowledge outstanding diversity and inclusion in the delivery of Apprenticeship training.

Who can enter?

This category is open to Employers from all sectors using Training Providers contracted by the Department for the Economy to deliver their Apprenticeship programmes.

Who can submit and application?

Nominations must only be submitted by the Employer.

If an Employer was the winner of the 2024 Diversity and Inclusion Award, they are asked to not submit a nomination form for the same category this year. However DfE will welcome their nomination again for the equivalent 2026 category.

DfE will carry out an initial eligibility check, followed by a sifting process, where only the top three Employers will be shortlisted to become finalists in the competition.

What are the judges looking for?

The judges will base their decision on those Employers who can demonstrate how they are investing in diversity and inclusion in the process of marketing and recruitment; inclusive support; and training and awareness. More information is provided in the relevant sections.
