Culture Charter Workshop 17th May

Overview

Following the recent engagement with our people on the draft DfE Culture Charter, it is important to revisit the draft Charter in light of the feedback.  This will work best if we can get a representative group of people together for a short workshop to consider the points raised, and discuss how the Charter could be improved.

We plan to do this through an in-person staff workshop on 17 May, 10-12 noon, in a greater Belfast venue.

This is really important way to help shape the future culture of the Department.  Ideally we need about 20 people to get good discussions going, so please do sign up below.  This will then inform the final draft Culture Charter, which will go to the Leadership Team for approval in late May.
