Work Psychology Service Pre Training Feedback Survey - EH

Overview

On 18^th August 2022 Evelyn Heaslip from Work Psychology Service will be delivering a bite sized training session to Work Coaches in Carrickfergus entitled “Understanding Addiction: Alcohol and other Drugs”.

Accordingly, prior to the training we would be grateful if you could complete a short survey. Your feedback will help to inform future sessions.  

It will take approximately 2 – 3 minutes to complete. All responses are anonymised.

The survey will close 5pm 18^th August.
