Joint Forum Survey - Public Sector
Overview
The Partnership Agreement between Government and the Voluntary and Community Sector in Northern Ireland was developed by the Joint Forum and endorsed by the Northern Ireland Executive on 5 June 2025. Since then, work has been underway to actively promote the Agreement and support its implementation across all Departments, their public bodies, Arm’s Length Bodies, local government and across the Voluntary and Community Sector.

The Joint Forum is committed to reporting annually to Ministers, the Assembly, and the wider Voluntary and Community Sector on how the Partnership Agreement is working in practice. As part of this, we are carrying out an initial baseline assessment of awareness, understanding, and how the Partnership Agreement is being applied.
Your feedback is an important part of this process. The insights gathered through this short survey, alongside discussions with Joint Forum members and working group members, will help us understand what is working well, where there are challenges, and what further support may be needed. This will shape our next steps and inform future areas for development.
We would really value your input and would appreciate you taking a few minutes to complete the survey below.
This survey does not ask you for any personal information such as name and contact details, and as such we would be grateful if you do not provide any personal or identifying information. All responses will be treated in confidence.
