In-Work Support Co-Design Workshop - Expression of Interest
Overview
The Department for Communities is currently developing a new provision, called In-Work Support or IWS, to support disabled people in Northern Ireland to retain and progress in employment. This single provision will replace two current programmes, Access to Work (NI) and Workable NI.
A key component of In-Work Support is the Co-Design approach. We are planning to hold Co-Design Workshops during the next few months, one of which is aimed at employers. The purpose of this workshop is to discuss current proposals for IWS from the employer perspective, using your views and experience to help inform the detailed design of IWS. We are currently contacting employers of different sizes from various sectors in Northern Ireland to gauge interest in taking part in this workshop.
Please use this form to confirm if you would be interested in attending and participating in an In-Work Support Co-Design Workshop. This is a great opportunity for your organisation to help shape support for disabled people in your workforce and across Northern Ireland.
