ECG Engagement Plan – Evaluation

Overview

The ECG Engagement Plan was established in 2024 in response to feedback from the 2023 People Survey, where staff indicated that there were varying levels of engagement across Divisions in the Group.

The purpose of the plan was to provide a coordinated programme of engagement activities to be undertaken at Group, Divisional and Branch level.
