Overview

The purpose of the CSG Engagement Forum is to ensure that:

• Everyone who wants to have a voice has the opportunity to be involved
• There is effective two-way internal communication within the Group.

The Engagement Forum members would like to understand the impact of their work across CSG and how, if at all, they could improve on what they do.
