Thank you for taking the time to complete this short post training evaluation - it should take no more than a few minutes to complete.

1. How well was the training structured - was it organised in such a way as to be effective, easy to follow, covered the topics at the right pace, logically and adequately? (1 being the lowest and 5 the highest level)
