Department for Communities Child Maintenance Consultation: Accelerating Enforcement (Administrative Liability Orders)

Overview

This consultation seeks views on proposed legislative changes that affect enforcement of child maintenance arrears.  The aim of this consultation is to inform the government’s proposed regulations to support the introduction of administrative liability orders.  This consultation is open to voluntary and community sector organisations, as well as Child Maintenance Service customers and members of the general public.

This consultation applies to Northern Ireland only.
