Baseline Survey - Landlord Registration Scheme

Overview

All landlords of private tenancies in NI are required to register with the Landlord Registration Scheme (LRS). The Department has designed a baseline survey to capture information from landlords and letting agents on the current service provision, including online registration and guidanceThis information is intended to inform thinking about current levels of satisfaction with the service and what, if any, changes can be made to improve future service provision.

The information you provide in completing this survey will be controlled and processed in line with Data Protection Legislation by DfC. The survey does not ask you for any personal information such as name and contact details, and we would be grateful if you do not provide any other personal or identifying information in your response. You should note that individual responses will not be published and a summary report will only reflect the opinions received in general terms.
