Overview

Further to the Secretary of State’s Budget 2023-24, announced on 27 April 2023, the Department is conducting an Equality Impact Assessment on policy changes to the Discretionary Support scheme in order to comply with the Department’s Equality Scheme and to fulfil its statutory duties under Section 75.
