Overview

The Department for Communities (DfC) is in the initial stages of developing a scheme that will offer greater support and guidance for employers in employing those with disabilities.

The ‘Trust Inclusion’ Scheme will encourage and support participating employers of all sizes, industry and experience to be more confident and effective in attracting, recruiting, retaining, and providing career progression for people with disabilities. 

In advance of focussed co-design with a wide range of partners, the following survey with gather evidence from stakeholders that will help shape understanding and inform decisions.

Where possible, we would ask that this survey be completed by those with a HR / diversity and inclusion role within your organisation. The closing date for return of surveys is 11th October. 

All input and comments will be anonymised within the collated data.
