NI Vanguard Employer Awareness Session
Event overview
The Department for Communities is leading a Pathways to Work and Wellbeing Transformation Project, which aims to integrate local employability, health and community supports to improve health and employment outcomes and deliver greater prosperity across Northern Ireland.
Employers are central to the success of this work and to strengthen effective employer engagement, the Department is partnering with Keep Britain Working (KBW), a UK Government initiative that brings together employers, government and expert organisations to improve workforce health, increase labour market participation and help people remain in work.
The Transformation Project and KBW aims to work with employers through the Northern Ireland Vanguard initiative to share experience and learning, test innovative approaches, and help shape practical solutions that are effective, sustainable and relevant to local businesses.
