Overview

Recruiting and retaining good employees can be a major concern for any employer. The NI labour market is continually changing and employers need to remain flexible and innovative in how they recruit.

The Department for Communities would like to understand how it could better support employers in sourcing the workforce they need. This survey aims to understand employer’s views on the current suite of staff recruitment and retention support offered, identify any gaps or new ideas that Government could put in place.
