Event overview

Join us for a roundtable event at Malone House, Belfast, that will bring together stakeholders from across the education sector to examine lessons from education reform in other jurisdictions and discuss how these insights should shape the implementation of TransformED.

The discussion will be informed by contributions from leading international and local experts:

Sir Nick Gibb, former UK Minister of State for Schools – Lessons from England

Nuno Crato, mathematician, educational researcher, and former Portuguese Minister of Education and Science (2011–2015) – Lessons from Portugal

Dr Montse Gomendio, Spanish education policy expert and Research Professor at the Spanish Research Council (CSIC), and former Secretary of State for Education (2012–2015) – Lessons from Spain
