Overview

Dear Pupil

We are asking you to complete this questionnaire about keeping safe.  There are no right or wrong answers.  Your views are very important and will let us know what works well and what could be improved.

You will need to enter your C2k email address.  If you need any help to read or understand the questions, the staff in your school will help you.

This survey also seeks your views about your experiences of personal development and relationships and sexuality education (RSE).  RSE is taught through personal development and across other subjects.

Your views will be treated in confidence and the information you provide will not be used to identify you or your school.  However, if you tell us that you are unhappy, need to speak with someone or need help with a safety and wellbeing problem, the Education and Training Inspectorate (ETI) will have to share this with the school’s Designated Teacher who will help you.

If you have a concern about your safety or wellbeing, please speak to the Designated Teacher or another adult in your school whom you trust. You can also phone Childline free on 0800 1111.

Your responses to this questionnaire will inform a written ETI report on preventative safeguarding practices.

We really value your views and the time you have given to complete this questionnaire.
