Consultation on the Consumer Council for Northern Ireland Draft 2025–2026 Forward Work Programme
Overview
Consumer Council for Northern Ireland has launched a public consultation on its draft 2025-2026 Forward Work Programme, which sets out the activity and performance framework they propose to deliver in the 2021-2026 Corporate Plan, underpinned by consumer priorities and strategic objectives.
The draft 2025-2026 Forward Work Programme sets out how the Consumer Council will support consumers and stakeholders under each of its five strategic objectives: understanding consumers, influencing policy, representing consumers, protecting consumers and empowering consumers. In doing so, they hope to lead the way in building strong consumer confidence and resilience.
