To address the key areas from the 2019 NICS People Survey that Pay & Reward scored below the DoF average, the People Survey Working Group developed an action plan, in consultation with all of you.... 

One of the actions from the plan is a mechanism that allows staff to raise work issues, insights and ideas confidentially, in the form of an old fashioned 'staff suggestion box'.

Why we are consulting

We want to hear what you think about working in NICS HR Pay & Reward and how work practices could be improved.

We can't see who makes what suggestion, your response is totally confidential.
