Overview

The purpose of this consultation is to seek views on how the financial assets (funds) of individuals which are currently under the control of a court and managed by the Court Funds Office (the CFO) should be managed in the future.

We are using Public Task as our legal basis for the collection of your data through this consultation/survey.

Your data will be kept in line with our retention disposal schedule of 5 years, after which all data will be deleted.

All the information you provide will be treated in strict confidence and will not be used to identify you personally. The analysis will be carried out on an anonymous basis under the guidelines of the GDPR.

Anonymised comments may be published on the DoJ website and in the resulting report.

Information will not be passed on to anyone else and will only be used for the purposes of this consultation.
