DOJ - NIPS - Visitor Experience Consultation

Closes 2 Mar 2018

Opened 1 Feb 2018

Overview

You may recall that last summer the Northern Ireland Prison Service (NIPS) provided the opportunity, through the Prisons 2020 project, for everyone involved in our prisons to give their views on the future of the Prison Service. The feedback provided during this will be used to help the Service to continue to improve and play a part in building a safer community. As part of this we are now seeking views on the future NIPS contract for the provision of services to visitors.

This survey is an opportunity for you to have your say in how the visiting experience can be improved for all involved.

This questionnaire should take approximately 10 minutes to answer; most questions only require you to tick a box. No personal details are required and the information you provide will only be used to help inform future services for visitors.
