Overview

In December 2017, following the completion of a successful service improvement project, the Trust went live with a HR Helpdesk created as a means to improve both the accessibility and responsiveness of the Trust HR service.

One year on, we are now undertaking a survey to help gauge the impact that the HR Helpdesk has had across the Trust.
